Unable to resolve too many activations issues.

Thread needs solution

Yesterday I added Acronis 2014 014 3 PC Family Pack Upgrade. This was used to activate on a different machine.

I had an issue with my desktop machine and had to bring it to a shop. They were able to get back Windows 8.1, but I had to reinstall all software. The problem was a result of using a bad image to restore the computer. The problem may have been my fault because I deselected a partition on the image prior to attempting the recovery.

I downloaded the software and I entered the code that was previously on this machine:

When I clicked on the link to resolve too many activations I get the option that states I have changed hardware or reinstalled windows. When I choose that option a blank pop up window appears.

How can I resolve this problem?
Since I have free 30 day support for the family pack upgrade how can I contact a live Person?
