uninstall error

Thread needs solution

I installed True Image 2013 in an attempt to clone my wife's laptop's hard drive, unsuccessfully. At this point all I want to do is to COMPLETELY uninstall True Image 2013. I attempted to uninstall the product (which is EXTREMELY CONFUSING in the way the uninstallation is setup) and when the uninstall process got close to the end, it says it had an erro and and was rolling back the uninstall and the product was not installed.
Some who may not have attempted to uninstall this product may think "what kind of moron can't even understand how to uninstall a piece of software".
I was going to take some screen shots and demonstrate the confusion but I can't do that because now the computer is hung up on that uninstall and won't do any other changes until that is finished. I did get an error log which I am attaching to this post.

Download the Acronis Cleaner, note the instructions about rebooting.

You didn't mention what went wrong with the cloning, but it might be that you need to 'reverse clone' the laptop which is not uncommon. To do that you need to place the source drive in the external caddy and the new drive into the laptop.

All clones that include the OS partition should be cloned via the recovery CD whether reverse cloning is required or not.
