Uninstalling True Image 2011 from Win7 64-bit system

Thread needs solution

How do I go about completely uninstalling Acronis True Image 2011 from my Win7 64-bit system? Do I need to deselect any features, etc?
Thanks,
Peter

While I think True Image 2014 might meet my needs I am just about to decide to NOT buy from the company over a really simple issue: when I installed v2011 three years ago I had an e-mail account which I no longer have. It will not uninstall and I've chatted and spoken at length with support. The old account, however, seems to be distributed and baked into the DNA of the Acronis site. I am having a horrible time with support because I wasn't able to log in more than once per attempt --- even when Acronis re-set the password. Twice. Now I'd love to see what is in the kb article but, know what?, the knowledge base has some idea of who I am and what my password is different from all the others.
Truly terrible. Oh, and that old e-mail address popped up here ---but it allowed me to change name & password rather painlessly.
Any way of getting me to the kb or grabbing hold of someone who can break this circular mess?
