universal restore media disk

Hi, I purchase the acronis true image 2015 updated to latest build. I recently upgraded my windows 7 machine to windows 10. After upgrading I made an image of my entire pc to be restored on a new system I just built. I have been using true image since 2009 and like it very much over other back up software, never had an issue with it. I thought this process was going to be easy, and it probably is, but I find the instructions a bit confusing and when I click on help in each window pane it doesn't open. When I went into the make a universal media disk, after the first screen I was confused. Linux, win pe etc. Can someone simplify it for me. I feel stupid right now.
