Upgrade TI2010 to TI2011 - HELP!
I purchased TI2010 on 08/15/2010. and in less than a week of purchase acronis released Ti2011. I am within the 30 day free upgrade to TI2011 window as set by Acronis in their website. The procedure stated in the website is to write Technical Support. . . .I have also posted to acronis and waiting for the response.
Here are my case numbers from those inquiries:
Your cleverbridge reference number: 14290937
This includes both Acronis True Image Home 2010 and Plus Pack.
Support options were limited and hard to contact accronis for updates.
Is there anyone out there at Acronis reading this board? If so, please respond, you know my email address.
Note: i've also attached file for your reference. If had known earlier, would not have brought 2010.

Dear Prasad, I entirely understand your concern and that upgrade policy may seem frustrating. I will try to shed some light to the situation and I'm quite positive that we will anyway find a scenario that will suit you.
Not long ago before the Acronis True Image Home 2011 release our Sales team implemented the discount for the full version of Acronis True Image Home 2010, which we normally don't do. This promo discount lasted from July 23 to August 24 (release date). For all the Customers who purchased the product with the discount we sent an offer to upgrade to Acronis True Image Home 2011 for around $10.
So in both scenarios:
a) you purchased discounted Acronis True Image Home 2010 + upgrade 2011 (which is not the must, you can still use 2010 version, it's still fully supported)
b) you purchased Acronis True Image Home 2011 full version
the final price will be absolutely the same.
