URI is empty
I've been using Acronis True Image Home 2011 for a couple of weeks now, upgraded from the 2010 version which I've been using since January. I've been backing up regularly and have used it several times to restore files. Works great! Last night I went into the program and received the message, `The given URI is empty.` There error event code was 0x00260001. I searched on that code but there was no information available. On the dialog box with the message about the empty URI, I clicked Ignore. I then noticed that the primary backup I've been using, and from which I've been restoring files, was not there. In the area of my partition backup, it said `Not backed up yet,` though I have backed up and used that partition backup regularly. I clicked the `Back up Now ` button and it is backing up (says it will take around 4 hours). The concern is that my regular backup disappeared (and that if I needed to do so, I would not have been able to restore files).

Thanks, I did see that article earlier and then clicked Ignore. Problem was that the backup was just not there. Normally there are two buttons, `Recover last version` and `Back up now.` The recover button was gone, and the message next to the partition backup said `not backed up yet.` The backup was set up the way it describes, and has been working perfectly since I’ve been backing up every other day, and have recovered files several times. The target drive is a 1 TB drive that is only used for backup so lots of available space.
But the story continues… since no backup was showing, I did another backup. It took around 3 hours, and then I saw a message that said the backup was corrupt. I read the log file but didn’t see any reference to the files or backup being corrupt. Of course, that was backing up so the same folder as the original backup that disappeared. So the plan now is to do a partition backup to a different folder on the backup drive, and see if it goes through. We'll see.

Hi there,
I am having exactly the same problem with the same error code. Clicking ignore as suggested in the KB article mentioned above doesn't help, and the error seems to corrupt the backup (to a local drive).
I am running Win 7 x 64. ATI 2011.
Is there a fix or any other suggestions to clear this problem?
