USB keyboard dissapears in p67 sandybridge chipset

Gigabyte ga-p67a-ud3-b3 mobo, sandybridge chipset p64 with the 2600k in it. Bootable media keyboard dissapears after the initial selection menu of either boot into windows or run acronis. USB keyboard, have tried moving it to all usb ports same deal. Also tried the alt-shift- numlock and nada. This happens with latest version 11 release and also the older v10 latest release.

that is true I had to create a Winpe Disk, its really easy. then everything works, I just downloaded the standalone boot disk of support same thing.
