I have used Version 8.0 for years on XP Home Edition SP3. Nary a problem. Recently I installed 8.0 on XP/Pro SP3. All functions work, except explore an image. It shows "assigning a drive", with the clock running, but just sits there with no movement in progress bar. Process Manager shows no CPU usage, and system is frozen, resulting in having to power off as end task does nothing also. Why haven't I upgraded; Old school, not broken, don't fix it ! Any suggestions greatly appreciated - Ken

Dropping support entirely for an older version of a Product SUCKS ! Just because I did not upgrade to all newer versions is no reason to stop all support. After all, I purchased your product at a pretty good price, and never upgraded, because this version 8.0 performed without error, and all functions worked; that is until I installed it on Win XP/Pro.

I will find other solutions for backup/recovery from this point on.
