View/edit backups and settings

Thread needs solution

I have several image backups being created in build 6613 but:
1. The backup jobs do not appear in the Acronis My backups; instead the default Entire PC job only is listed.
2. No file backups are listed and no new ones are being created.
3. There seems no way to view and edit the settings for existing backup jobs (assuming that the jobs appear)

The System Report is meaningless to me but is attached. Also attached are a screen capture of the useless Acronis Backup list and a screen capture of the two backup disks (usually, I have no other files on these two dedicated disks but have had to use them for Windows Backup and a copy of the user files to facilitate recovery from some serious problems encountered this week); those extra files appear in the file explorer screen capture.

I've looked through 15 pages of FAQs to no result. The user guide, product help, and web help are virtually identical and do not explain all settings, their effects, and their interactions. So, even if I could edit the settings, I'd have to guess at the semantics.

I really need specific information on cleanup options to automatically manage the space on the drives; the manual and help are virtually useless for those options.

Please note that I am running Windows 7 x64 Professional with dedicated, hot-swappable, internal drives of 2 TB and 4 TB backup drives for files and images respectively.
