Virtual Disk Bus & TIB Mounter Not Working Properly

Windows 7 Professional reports that Acronis Virtual Disk Bus & Acronis TIB Mounter are not working properly after upgrade to Build 6514. Was not reporting this before this upgrade. Windows suggests updating drivers but I can not find the correct driver files. Any help on this problem?

The most current (that I can find) version of the Acronis Virtual Disk Bus drive is here: http://kb.acronis.com/content/38937 (for True Image 2013)

Do you have a disk larger than 2TB?

If not, you don't need the Acronis Virtual Disk Bus driver installed on your system.

Check in Device Manager (Boot into safe mode) and see if the Acronis Virtual Disk Bus driver is installed. If you do not have greater that 2TB drives attached to your system, remove the device (and drivers if requested). The restart your system normally to check for proper operation of your system.

If you performed an upgrade from a previous version of True Image (2012 or earlier), it is possible that the Acronis Virtual Disk Bus driver from the earlier version is still installed on your system.

To completely clean this up, you may have to remove 2013, run the 2013 cleanup utility, and then reinstall 2013.

I'm having the same issues. I purchased the upgrade from 2012 to 2013, so I cannot uninstall Acronis 2013 since I only have the upgrade.

How do I find the 2012 Acronis Virtual Disk Bus driver and the TIB Monitor drive so I can replace them with 2013 versions?
