Wake-on-lan with an QNAP nas

Hi there,
is it possible to power my nas (qnap ts-219p+) on by wake on lan before starting the backup? I know a way by using extra scripts, but is there something build in to acronis?
Other question: Is it possible to lock the shutdown of the client as long as the backup isn't finisched! It must ensure that the shutoff script after the backup did his job...
