Western digital mybooklive networkdrive

Hello,

I have installed treu image home 2011.
In my home network i have a western digital networkdrive.
All systems see the drive as a hardisk.
Also the drive is connected treu \\mybooklive\public\......."foldername".
But the home 2011 does not reconise this drive, i had to make a networkmapping of the folder.
When i want to recover data from this drive and i use a startup disk i can not find the networkdrive \\mybooklive\......
Can this problem been fixed????!!!!!!
