Where are the log files? They're here ...

Thread needs solution

The logs are no longer accessible from True Image 2015. However I got a prompt response from Acronis support. They can be opened directly from this folder:

My Computer >> C:\ >> ProgramData>> Acronis >> TrueImageHome >> Logs

This is the same location that was used by TIH 2014. The files are XML, but easy enough to understand in a text-editor or viewer.

You can also enable notifications and have them added to the task email, if one doesn't want to go wandering around the file system.
