Hi,

Been trying to purchase Pluspack 2012 addon for home 2012 and I don't see it as an option for purchase anywhere. Why is that?

Hello David,

even if you purchased, you can not use it.

It is not possible to activate Universal Restore in GUI
It is not possible to use the Rescue CD in VirtualPC

The support could not solve the problems until now and is vanished without a trace.
