Why isn't ALL my stuff getting backed up?

I have both the regular version and the on-line version for backup. The regular version works fantastic. I recently had to buy a new hard drive and I was up and running in minutes.

Now I'm also trying the on-line version, and assume that the products are simular. I've clicked on the Options--what to backup and have checked my C:\ drive. I am assuming that like the regular version my entire C:\ drive will be backed up.

But when I Look at my backup it only shows my Users folder, and it doesn't appear to be backing up every night like the other tool does, yet I have it scheduled for Daily Backup but it says NO VERSIONS.

Any idea what I am missing both on content and frequency?

I am having a similar problem. The online backup appeared to be working and then stopped around the 1st of June. Now I have many files flagged with a "pencil" icon that indicates they have been modified locally. Files that were created after June 1st don't even show up in the file window.

Another gripe, the help file never discusses, or shows, the Explorer-like window that has folders and files listed. Its operation is not easy to figure out.
