Will not properly backup on Windows 10

I have had Windows 10 Pro on my computer for 3 days now and every backup that acronis makes (build 6613) has an erroneous date/time.

Acronis backup date/time November 1, 2007 12:46AM

I have backups for the past 3 days that are
10/31/07 with weird times.

One incremental backup goes
DailyFile_inc_b96_s5_v1.tib 8/6/2015 1:12am
DailyFile_inc_b96_s6_v1.tib 8/7/2015 1:12am
DailyFile_inc_b96_s7_v1.tib 8/8/2015 1:12am
DailyFile_inc_b96_s8_v1.tib 10/31/2007 9:51pm

then new string starts
DailyFile_full_b97_s1_v1.tib 8/9/2015 8:44am

Here is another set of backups.... they are done every 6 hours.
Mozilla_full_b2979_s1_v1.tib 10/31/2007 9:49pm
Mozilla_full_b2980_s1_v1.tib 10/31/2007 11:24pm
Mozilla_full_b2981_s1_v1.tib 11/1/2007 2:42am

I have no idea when they were actually made. All I can presume is that Acronis says last backup was at 8:32PM (8/10/15) and that would be the 2981 backup.

This is totally screwed up with Windows 10 Pro

fixed... disregard..... we had a power failure. lasted 6 hours. my nas reset to its default time. all is fine now. duh. forgot all about setting the time on it. ups kept power alive for almost 4 hours but after that, bye bye, everything shut down.
