Win7 64bit Restored Image Won't Boot

Thread needs solution

I have a Windows 7 64 bit fresh installed system. I have it partitioned in four parts (C,D,E & F) where F is for storage. With True Image, I made an image of 4-Partitions, ie; System Reserved, C, D, & E (which are stored on F partition).

I put in another hard drive and restored the four partitions onto the 2nd drive.
-System Reserved does not have a Letter assigned, but has Red Flag (Boot Partition)
-C - Win 7 Operating System - Primary
-D - Applications - Primary
-E - Data - Logical

All of this looks perfect, however, it did not boot.

How I resolved the Issue (which is puzzling)
Instead of True Image, I used Disk Administrator.
I copied from one hard drive to the other and modified the size.
This seems to work okay, however it worries me because if my computer gets corrupted, how do I know if the original Images are any good. Will they restore my computer. Seems like it will not.

Thanks
