Windows Backup and Restore sdclt.exe no longer works after installing Acronis True Image 2014

Windows 7 64Bit SP1 and all the wsus patches applied and I did a full windows backup prior to installing Acronis True Image 2014 the day before. I just wanted to create a new system repair disc prior to taking the backup to my safe deposit box and when I click on backup and Restore or use sdclt.exe nothing happens now.

None of these worked

Applied from Acroins resourcedll.zip

Prior to installing Acronis True Image 2014 Premium I did a Windows backup and Acronis True Image 2012 was installed on Windows 7 64-Bit with all the WSUS patched applied and I turned off AV and Malware Applications and the PC was rebooted.

Also I never Integrated the "Integrate True Image into Windows" but Windows Backup and Restore sdclt.exe still no longer works and now after wasting several days I removed Acronis True Image 2014 Premium again rebooted PC still doesn't work turned off AV and Malware Applications open command prompt as the system account and ran sfc /scannow supposedly fixed issues and tried Windows Backup and Restore sdclt.exe and it still doesn't work.

All I want now is Windows Backup and Restore sdclt.exe to work again.

How did Acronis True Image 2014 Premium get through field testing with all these issues disabling Windows Backup and Restore sdclt.exe just about had enough of this and I should know better I should have made a virtual image of my PC and first tested it on the virtual.

Did you try to run sfc /scannow ?

Yes Twice didn't work below is the CBS.log and I attached screen capture of the errors for the above I tried earlier.

It looks like you have access issues to the keys and they fail to install. Try to change them manually using regedit to verify.

This is how I repaired Windows Backup after Acronis changed the values
This took sometime to figure out Acronis kept replacing the values but once I stop the Acronis services the changes took.

Reboot your PC into Safe mode.
Turn Off AV
Stop the following Acronis Services
Acronis Nonstop Backup Service
Acronis Scheduler2 Service
Acronis Sync Agent Service
Give Administrator Full Control of [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B98A2BEA-7D42-4558-8BD1-832F41BAC6FD}\Instance\InitPropertyBag]
Remove Restricted Group if listed
Update InitPropertyBag Values
ResourceDLL=%SystemRoot%\System32\sdcpl.dll
ResourceID=20 (20 decimal or 14 Hex)
Apply Changes
Go to [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B98A2BEA-7D42-4558-8BD1-832F41BAC6FD} and F5 to refresh
Verify values are what you just change them to.
Change Administrator permissions back to Read only and apply
Reboot PC.

Acronis should provide a basic user a Powershell script that would do the following described above.

It would be better for Powershell to reset the permissions ACLs to make the necessary changes and set the
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{B98A2BEA-7D42-4558-8BD1-832F41BAC6FD}\Instance\InitPropertyBag
back to its original value then set the ACLs back to there original value then having a basic user trying this by hand.
