Windows error DistributedCOM 10010

Thread needs solution

My Windows 7 Home Premium x64 installation has developed an odd problem with the installed ATI Premium 2014 v6673. Every time I Restart the PC for any reason, I get the subject error in System Log:

"The server {1EF75F33-893B-4E8F-9655-C3D602BA4897} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout."

This points to TIManagersClassProxy Applicaton and though I have no idea what this does, I cannot seem to make the error go away no matter what I try, including to stop DCOM altogether.

Although it doesn't seem to be affecting TI operation in any way (that I can see) I would sure like to make this error go away if anyone here can help!!!

I'd seen that though hadn't tried it and now when I did so got an error "RPC System Fault Please Contact GRC to Resolve This Problem" with their email address, as if their DCOMbobulator never saw this before. Next when I tried their ShieldsUp probe it says I'm already stealthy. Not sure what any of this means yet--I do wish that the Gibson thing said what the heck it actually does to your PC in the way of disabling services or whatever.

In the meantime, and despite that I used Component Services to actually "disable Distributed COM on this computer" I have continued to get the error.
