Windows Live Mail Storage Folders Not in Email Folder List

Email storage folders created in Windows Live Mail do not show up in the email folder list. How do I backup the emails in my storage folders. The only folders in the list for backup are: Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, Junk e-mail, and Deleted Items.

I encountered the same problem about not being able to backup files contain in Live Mail Storage folders. I submitted a detailed report to their support center with screen shots of Live mail showing the STORAGE folders and Acronis Email backup selection window - which does not show STORAGE Folders. Hopefully, with that evidence of the shortcoming, Acronis will take action - but, I'm not holding my breath. For the present, I have to use the EXPORT function of Live mail to store copies of those folders to a folder outside Live mail and then Acronis will backup that folder - but, its a bother for sure.

Hope they get it fixed soon

Does anyone know if Windows Live Storage Folders are even backed up when we do a full disc back up? Rather than Email back up.
If not - does this mean that the Acronis Back Up product that we have purchased is totally incapable of backing up any of our Windows Live Storage Folders - very worrying if this is the case, as this is where most of the most essential items for backing up reside.
If this is the case it means that Acronis Back up is totally unsuitable for Windows Live customers.........
