Wireless keyboard+mouse not possible anymore with ATIH_2010

Thread needs solution

Thank you for sending the links to the ISO with wireless support. I was successful in creating the ISO Bootable Rescue Disk and testing it by booting from it, also confirming full use of the wireless mouse and keyboard
Thanks again
Bob

I have upgraded to TrueImage Home 2010 this week. Same problems with rescue media (mouse/keyboard freeze), some errors at boot time. I am using a wireless mouse/keyboard.
Where can I find a fix for this issue?

If you log into My Account and go to My Products & Downloads and click on the Free Plugins tab, you should see a BartPE & SafeMedia file. Download and install that and create a new recovery disc. When creating the disc, include the new "Safe" option. You should then be able to boot into the "Safe" option at the loader screen and be able to use your wireless keyboard and mouse.

Hello all,

Thank you for posting, I will be happy to help.

If your wireless USB mouse and keyboard, which are parts of a wireless USB kit, do not work in Acronis Bootable Media (the issue described in this article), please log in to your account, go to the Registered products and downloads section -> Bootable media (please note that the license should be registered). We have recently uploaded new files that contain the fix for the issue.

Download the file, create Acronis Bootable Media and check its' functionality..

You can find the information on how to download the appropriate ISOLINUX file in this article

There are two types of Acronis Bootable Media:
- Acronis Bootable Media that you can generate in your Acronis product. This type of media is based on Acronis Loader;
- Acronis Bootable Media that you can download from your account on the Acronis website. This type of media is based on ISOLINUX.
ISOLINUX Bootable Media is usually more up to date than the Acronis Loader one. This is due to the fact a new version of Acronis Bootable Media is uploaded to the web site more frequently than regular product updates are released.
Please see this article on how to burn an ISO file to a CD disk.
I would like to express my appreciation to Mike for the reliable alternate solution.

Please let us know the results, we should be sure that the program runs flawlessly. If the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question do not hesitate to post them and we will be glad to answer.

Thank you.

Oleg,

This special ISO file doesn't show up in my account. All that is there is the regular ISO that I can create myself. Can I please have access to the ISO to fix my mouse and keyboard problems?

Thanks
