You do not have enough privileges to create this file ...

I just bought a new USB External HD Iomega eGo.
I fully re-formatted it in NTFS.
Under Windows XP or 7, it works perfect (read write, ..., I can do everything).

If I boot from an Acronis Boot recovery CD to make an 'offline backup'.
I received the error
'You do not have enough privileges to create this file ...'
It seems Acronis cannot even read the directory of this Iomega drive!
Previous folders (created under Windows) are not even displayed!
I tested Acronis 8, 9 and 2010, but I receive the same error.

I use many other USB HD and all of them are working.
Is there any incompatibilities with the new Iomega eGo USB HD?

Any advices are welcome
