MacBook Air: Restore Bootcamp (Windows) and Macintosh Volumes
Hi everybody!
I was wondering if anybody had a proper solution of how to tackle the following situation.
The circumstances: I have a MacBook Air on which a Bootcamp partition was set up to run Windows 7. Windows 7 is mostly used, so I installed ATI 2015 for Windows on the Windows Bootcamp partition. On the Windows 7 platform, I set up a "Complete PC" backup which is stored on an external USB HDD.
Let's say something went wrong and Windows 7 doesn't boot anymore. How would I recover the complete system (both Bootcamp partition (Windows 7) and the Macintosh volume) to a specific date?
I created a bootable rescue media for Mac (since it's a MacBook Air) and booted from that media (USB stick). I tried to recover the complete system to a specific date but it wouldn't let me pick backups that were conducted under Windows 7.
I also created a bootable rescue media for Windows but the MacBook Air wouldn't let me boot with that one.
Does anyone have an idea on how to proper restore the complete Bootcamp partition and the Macintosh volume in case of an emergency? I'm grateful for any kind of advice.
Have a nice day,
Andy

Hello Sergey,
Thanks very much for your helpful reply.
That's too bad. Since there are people who use a Bootcamp partition running a Windows operating system on a Mac machine as frequently as the Mac operating system itself (even though it may not make sense to many people), it would be good for Acronis True Image to work the other way around also (as described above).
Kind regards,
Andy Meyer
