Specific credentials for True Image to mount a backup volume?

Thread needs solution

Greetings.

I am using True Image 2016 to backup my notebook to NAS.

I am usually logged in to the NAS ad UserA, but for backup purposes NAS has a separate user: UserB.

Automated backups run just fine if the OS is already connected to NAS as UserB.

However, True Image produces the message "Destination Unavailable" if the Finder is not logged in to NAS, or logged in as a different user.

Does anyone know of a way to tell True Image to connect to NAS as UserB to do the backup, while the MacBook is either not logged in to NAS, or connected as UserA?

Hello Miro,

Thank you for your posting! I would suggest checking if it's possible to add credentials of UserB to User A in Keychain and specify User A for the backup.

Thank you,
