Can not access mobile backup data via Cloud

Thread needs solution

Hello,

Here is the issue:

 

The backup of the iPhone completed sucessfully.

How can I access the data from other devices?

I logged into the cloud and pressed recovery for the mobile data.

I can see all the data, however there is no thumbnails for photos and when I download an photo I get 

{"data":null}

As a side note: Although being logged in Acronis True Image 2017 claims on the Sync site:

"Wenn Sie angemeldet sind, kann Acrons True Image Ihre Daten zwischen all Ihren Geraeten synchronisieren".

I can not go past this page.

Pay no attention to Walter's post - that is clearly a nod for another product with someone who created a new account specifically to target you to that link - either as an advertisement or as someone looking to compromise your system.  

I don't use mobile backup with Acronis so am not any help here.  However, you have 2 years technical support with Acronis and can open a chat support session with them anytime.  That would be my recommendation if any issues come up.

RF, as far as I understand, you've managed to download photos from your mobile backup. If mobile backups are stored in Cloud, you'll be able to download data from any location with the access to Acronis Online Dashboard (to your mobile device, to different mobile device or to PC). Mobile backups stored locally on your PC can be restored only via Acronis True Image application. It's not possible to open an archive with double-click like it works with ordinary backups due to different archive format generated by Acronis mobile app.

Should you encounter any issues with mobile application, please send us a feedback from the device in question (it will contain necessary diagnostic information) and contact Acronis support team.
