Can’t edit (update) my account info
Hi,
I have tried to update my account info by checking notification emails and adding info to my Acronis products and system, but when I try to save I get the following message ...
”The email address mandacatnc2@gmail.com is already taken”

I have the same problem, I can not update any information such as system, signature, or change nick name. Get the error message stating the email address XXXXXX is already taken.
