This Forum Ignores TrueImage Owners Seeking Help

Thread needs solution

You have a product named "Backup and Recovery" and that is the name of a section in the Forums. And, you have a section for "Acronis TrueImage Home".

BUT, there's no forum for TrueImage Workstation or Server products. Why not? Why should we have to "smuggle" our questions and comments into an irrelevant forum?

Where do you want us to post questions about TrueImage Workstation and Server products?

Hello Carol,

Thanks for pointing this out.

We are in the process of rearranging our forum sections. Necessary changes will be applied shortly and section for corporate versions of ATI will be added.

Thanks,

Andrey.

I am having this problem. Unfortunately, I am not savy enough to contact Aconis, and had to take my computer to a shop and have it wiped and reloaded with fresh copy of Windows 7. I had everything backed up, including an image on an external hard drive, but they could not use it because it would not work on my Dell 9300 XPS

I still don't know how to apply for another copy of Acronis Home TI 10.

Hello Roberto,

If I understand the problem you cannot figure out how to get your Acronis True Image 2010 license.

If so - this is very easy. You product is registered in your account at our web site. You can access your account here, download the installation files and get your serial numbers for installation.

As I can see in your account details you have Acronis True Image 2010 Home Upgrade. Keep in mind that you'll need to use one more serial number from one of the previous licenses of Acronis True Image to install the upgrade license. Unfortunately I do not see any previous version of the product registered in your account. So in case you have any difficulties retrieving it please submit Support Request as described here

One more thing I need to mention here. Your post is not directly related to the topic so it should not have been added here. Make sure your comments are relative to the post. Otherwise your help requests may be missed. If there is no topic related to the problem you have - feel free to create new one.

Thanks,

Andrey.
