I'm unable to stay logged in to the forums
For a very long time I have been set up with my cookies so that I stay logged in to the Acronis forums. It used to be that I only found myself logged out when I installed a newer version of Firefox.
As of a day or so ago, I'm finding myself being logged out often. It does not seem to be based on closing and restarting Firefox, nor is it based on a reboot as I've tried both of those today and it didn't log me out. But, I left the machine to go out for a few hours an on return I was logged out again.
Is there a change in the way Acronis manages the cookies? Something else I should be looking at?

Glad to know it's not just me. I won't spend any more time trying to resolve it myself.

Add me to the list; it has been happening for a few days now. It may be intended as I notice there is no check box for "keep me logged in" anymore.

Hello Everyone,
checked internally - the expiration time for the session has been reduced. We're discussing the possibility to extend it.

Ich wurde heute während ich auf einen Beitrag geantwortet habe ausgeloggt, ich glaube ich muss schneller tippen lernen.

I was logged out while I replied to a post today, I think I have to learn to type faster.

What has it been reduced to?

I think the time must have been reduced from many days to a very few hours. I have had to log back on every time I open the forum web page (if I want to post something).
I can see how this might be a security issue for the Acronis "official site", but it seems not particularly useful for the forum.
Update:
Getting back on after almost 3 hours I had not been logged off. Has the problem been fixed, or is the timeout over 3 hours?
Update #2:
Logged off over night. Problem is not fixed, but we apparently have at least a 3 hour window ... unless this problem is random.

UPD: the session expiration time has been increased and now it's 7 days

Thanks Ekaterina; seems to be working did not have to log in when I visited mid-morning 29-02-20 (gmt + 11).

Me too. Thanks, Ekaterina.

Good! The second issue with notifications is still under investigation due to its random character

My log in is being kept better now but I am not getting hardly any notifications at all other than some for new forum topics - none for updates to such topics.
