Unable to access My Account
I know my email address but I apparently forgot my password. When I tell the system to reset my password, it says it is sending instructions to my email. But there are no messages in the inbox or junk mail. I have tried about 15 times.

I also can't access my account, which I've had since 2011 (and which has all my Acronis product registrations). I know the Email address but I don't remember the password. I created a new account today, using another Email address, just so I could post this.
When I follow the links on the Acronis web site to update the password associated with my original Email address, I receive an Acronis: Password Retrieval Email to my original Email address. But when I click on the link in the Email, it takes me to an Acronis login page and displays the following error message: Your confirmation link has expired
How can I get into my account?

Can you please check, if my account was correctly confirmed? I did not see anything when i tried confirmation link 1st time. After that i get "Your confirmation link has expired".

Hello Martin,
Just checked your account (one associated with your forum login) - confirmed, active and has registered products. If you have another account, please send me the login email in a personal message (click on Send message under my profile pic)
