ISMV File Playback Issue

hi all,
I know maybe it's weird to post it here, but I really need your help. I bought a program from the BBC Store and downloaded it. It came to my machine as an .ismv video. Nothing I've got will open or convert an .ismv video file. I have searched a lot including http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/tips/ismv-to-mp4.html and https://forums.iis.net/t/1178448.aspx?HOWTO+ISMV+to+MP4 but in vain for the unknown reason, I am really really need your help, or my program is scrapped. thanks so much
