Migrate Easy Trial not registered on download

Thread needs solution

My account has 2 downloads I can't account for, and the migrate easy 7 Trial which i had downloaded in the last 2 weeks is not registered. there for is this why I have been getting all my emails bounced back off the Acronis server? Can anybody help before the 15 day period expires as my Hdd contents are locked in a usb external sata hdd and need to get back to the currently blank new internal eide 2,5" pata hdd. The origional internal eide pata hdd was erased during the cloning operation so i can't return to that.
