WD Align?

I'm sure this topic might already been discussed. But, I'm hoping I could get help for this issue.

The situation are using Windows XP SP2, with nForce 650 for Intel CPU (nforce 5.10, if I'm not mistaken) with WD20EARS.

Already make 2 partition and didn't filled with any data (still empty). Trying to use WD Align (Powered by Acronis) 1.0 build 314 but strangely didn't detect at all the WD20EARS.

This is new drive and haven't been aligned before partitioning. So, could someone help me why WD Align failed recognizing the drive (WD20EARS)?

I can see the partition from Windows Explorer but when using WD Align, its nowhere to be found.

Western Digital Align, though powered by Acronis, was specially modified for the Western Digital company, it's an OEM version, and in case of any technical issues Western Digital works directly with our Development team. Thus the OEM version is supported by the Western Digital themselves, and we advise to contact their support directly, as they have quicker access to the Development and fixes for this particular version.
