Upgrade issue
In good faith, I have upgraded Acronis True Image from v.7 to v.13 Plus. Every time, it seems, the program introduces new problems.
My newly installed system doesn't work, and hasn't worked since upgrading from TI.12Plus
The system stops with an error -- unable to read disk.
For a new backup, it goes into a permanent 'calculating' state.
True Image tools likewise goes into a frozen state.
I have emailed the error code to Support, and will await their help. But not optimistic.
Nero seems to be working OK, and thankfully I'm not reliant on Acronis.
Disappointed.
