Hello Paul Choate,

Thank you for posting this message in our forum.

Can you please first, if the related disk drives are free of errors? This can be done by using the Acronis Report. I could identify some conditions, that lead to this error, if the disks are free from errors:

  • An Acronis Secure Zone haven been created on a not inizialised disk;
  • When an image backup is mounted before using the disk management;

Please check that the conditions above are not met in your situation.

If you need additional assistance, please create a system report of the affected machine and contact support. You will find all available support options in our Customer handbook.

If there is anything else we can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you.

Paul, did you probably try to unplug all card readers
plus printers with card readers and then restart the Acronis Managed Machine service?
I did not need the Acronis disk management, but a printer's card reader made backups impossible for me - see today's http://forum.acronis.com/forum/39335 with the same error codes you have.
