What is the file meta_info.lck. Can i delete it..??

The meta_info.lck file is created every time I load Acronis. additionally, other .lck files are created whenever I do a full system backup and they are not deleted as well. Is there a fix for this?

I deleted the file meta_info.lck but the Recovery Backup not working now..!!
