Can't backup Entire PC to Cloud

Thread needs solution

Hi I've been trying for weeks now to backup my Entire PC to Acronis Cloud using 2017 - 5554

The only message I receive is The last backup has failed - Cancelled, Check for a solution which takes me nowhere

I see nothing in the email log to indicate what is going wrong

How do I effectively troubleshoot this?

Hi APJ,

For testing purposes, would you be willing to clear the current backup task (delete it) so there is nothing in the Acronis GUI in Windows as far as cloud backup tasks go?

After that, then log into your acronis cloud account (https://cloud.acronis.com/login) and check and see if there is/are any references to that backup task in the cloud still or not.  If there are, delete it there too.  Once it is deleted in both locations, close out of Acronis on the PC and relaunch it.  Then create a new cloud backup tasks from scratch (use a unique name too - just in case, let's not use the exact same name as the original problem task) and see how it goes.

If that doesnt' do the trick, you'll want to reach out to tech support to see if they can do some more in depth troubleshooting as we're pretty limited in the forums since we don't have access to resources in the cloud.

One other note... delete your email account in the log from your first post (so that it's not directly showing here in the forum).  The less people who can see it directly, the better.

and here's the error that's actually showing.  It might be an issue on the Acronis side, I'm not really sure

Thanks I removed it

Thanks I'll try that, and how do I reach out to the Acronis tech support?  I only saw an option for these forums.  Do they have email support?

On the Support page in the right hand column look for Contact Support.  Follow the prompts.
