30 day support isnt enough
cannot imagine a person, new to Acronis 2016 or 2017, not having some issues to resolve after your stingy 30 day support limitation. Hell, I have been a user since Acronis 8.0 and still have issues that Pop up, like the goofy file names assigned to backups in the Acronis Secure Zone. I thought that was going to be addressed in 2017, but problems still exists. Oh well, since Windows can access the ASZ, so can Ransomware and other malware, so backing up files to it is futile anyhow !

Please note that both ATIH 2016 and 2017 now have 2 years of support from date of purchase.

Then how do you get that form to work? It just goes in a loop for me. :(

Thank you for the Link. I muddled around in it for awhile, but could not find where support for 2017 was 24 months.
