Error backing up Macbook Pro
I am getting an error whenever I try to backup my Macbook Pro to an external (NAS) drive. The error just says "The last backup attempt failed". Below is what the log says. When I try to create a support ticket Acronis says I need to purchase the package first, but I'm not willing to purchase it if it doesn't work. Is there any way I can get Acronis support for this issue?
Thanks,

Enchantech,
Just to point out that the poster has a MacBook Pro so is unlikely to have a) chkdsk or b) NTFS partitions!
I have the same problem.

Try using first aid on the Mac to check the source and destination disks.

May want to post directly in the Mac forum as well.
