Backup file not listed for recovery
I'm attempting to restore a full system image from an external SSD using Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office recovery media. The external SSD containing the backup is found but no files are listed for recovery. It should show "full backup.tibx". The Acronis system report, in disks.txt, shows the SSD with the correct used disk space. I checked the Acronis Knowledge Base but couldn't find an explanation. Any idea why the backup file is not listed?

Hello!
Apart of the solutions that Steve mentioned also check the following:
- Ensure that the external SSD is properly connected and recognized by the recovery media. Sometimes, issues with USB connections or external drive recognition can lead to problems accessing the backup files.
- The backup file may be corrupted. Run a validation or integrity check on the backup file to ensure its integrity. Acronis usually provides options to verify the backup file during the creation or restoration process.
If after validating the file you don't detect corruption and the problem persists, please raise a ticket with our support at https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153
Best regards.

I was using AcronisCyberProtectHomeOffice-40729.iso.
After reading "61667: Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, Acronis True Image: exFAT partitions are detected as empty by Linux-based media", I reformatted the SSD containing the backup from exFAT to NTFS. That solved the problem. Full image recovery was successful!
Thank you Steve and Jose for your support.
