How do I get a refund
I want to get a refund of my downloaded purchase of ATI 2012. I will stick with my old reliable 2010 for a few more years. I cannot find a way to request at refund on the Acronis site. Seems like there used to be a 'refund' item there but I can't fine it now. Can someone tell me how to dot it?

if you bought your ATI2012 via cleverbridge you may directly contact them:

That was what i was told to do from acronis customer support and what worked without any problem. But may be you should also write a mail to the ATI support that youll refund according their policy.

Definitely contact Acronis Customer Service or TEch within 30 days of purchase to establish that your request for a refund was made before the deadline.
