Decompression Error

Thread needs solution

My ATIH 2012 online backup has been working fine, I back up selected folders every night.

For no apparent reason I am now getting a Decompression Error when the backup runs. The message in the log is as follows:

Following the link to the KB is no use. I have searched the KB and have tried applying the fix suggested in KB article 8303. It has not fixed the problem.

It takes about 1 minute for the backup to fail.

Also, when I try to use the Recover option on this backup I get a message "The remote server is unavailable".

I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix this.

This specific error with the 'Decompression Error' needs to be investigated. Please contact our Support team with this report collected from your machine.

Could you try recreating the backup task and check if this issue re-occurs please?
