Decompression Error
My ATIH 2012 online backup has been working fine, I back up selected folders every night.
For no apparent reason I am now getting a Decompression Error when the backup runs. The message in the log is as follows:

Following the link to the KB is no use. I have searched the KB and have tried applying the fix suggested in KB article 8303. It has not fixed the problem.
It takes about 1 minute for the backup to fail.
Also, when I try to use the Recover option on this backup I get a message "The remote server is unavailable".
I'm hoping someone can tell me how to fix this.
