Activation Failure

Thread needs solution

I installed a trial version that expired after 30 days since my order (retail business) did not arrive in time. Since then, I have been trying to activate ATIH 2012 for over a week now, but I have been unsuccessful. I keep having this error message that the ATIH needs activation and it will not work otherwise, I cannot do anything with it.
I contacted customer support and "chatted" with 4-5 different agents and spoke on the phone with another 2 (also asked for a supervisor). They are not able to solve the problem (also one agent made some changes to my computer that were not necessary and were permanent).
I get these error messages every time i turn on the computer and the customer support is doing nothing to help me. I asked for a supervisor to contact me and I am still waiting (over a week).
By the way they say that customer support is 24/7: that is not true. try to call them during the weekend and you will not get anyone to help you.

Have you tried running the cleaner, then reinstalling?

Possibly ati is being blocked from activating.
Do you have your security software turend off during uninstall/intall. The best way to do uninstall/install is is to use mscofnig to turn off all non-microsoft services and all startup programs, reboot, do the uninstall/install, then use msconfig to resume nomral startup.

Another possiblity is that the activation database server is not responding properly or its database does not have the correct info.
