Hello Anton, We are having the same problem with our 390's. Would it be possible to get the working build you have?
Thank you very much for your help.

Hello,
Sorry to be so vague on my first post. We are currently using build 3501. When creating a master image of our new Dell Optiplex 390's, we receive the error message E000101F4: Acronis Snap Deploy Stand-Alone Tool has not found any hard disks. From reading this forum, there seems to be a new build that has addressed this problem. Could the link to this build be made available to me?
Thank you very much for your help.

has anyone gotten a response from Anton after 1-10-12? I haven't received an email or PM. I wanted to be sure I'm not the only one...

I've not received a response either. We are going to discontinue our use of Snap Deploy.

Hello Aruggiero, and Jose!
Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here!
I'll gladly send you the link to the update, but for that I need to know the license of the product you're using. Unfortunately, none are registered to your accounts. Could you please send me a PM with either the serial key specified or an e-mail address to which the licenses are registered?
I'll be looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.

Hello Carol, and Josh,
Thank you for your comments.
Carol, I'll be glad to send you the new build, but I need to know your product license. Could you please PM it to me?
Josh, I have addressed your thread here. Unfortunately you're using an outdated version of Acronis Product, and all we can suggest is to test the newer one, as your current is no longer updated or supported.
Thank you for understanding.

I am also having these problems coudl I also get the link for the Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 update to image the dell optiplex 390

Hello Hjalmar,
Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here.
Unfortunately we do not have a special ABR10 update, all the latest drivers are included into the ABR10 latest build, which is #13762. (See how to update if you're using Standalone version, and if you're using Advanced version).
In case you're using the latest build, and the issue remains, please obtain Acronis Linux Report from the media, and forward it to support with the detailed issue description. Let us know the case number.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
Thank you.

Dear Anton, or somebody else from support
I am coping with the same problems everybody is experiencing here, HDD on dell optiplex 390 not visible.
Ou company has purchased mutiple products in the past, Acronsi True Image 2010 / disk directrot etc.
Problem , I have valid keys, but product info is missing so i Can't ask for support by phone / mail or chat
I am trying to restore an image with:
acronis backup and recovery bootable agent 10.0.12703
on a dell optiplex 390 , sadly I don't see a HDD
I have tried your solution with Ghost PE, but i am stuck there, PXWE option not availiable, licensing server not working? no idea , i cant'asl for support
Could you send me the link with a proper bootable agent, and if not:
Please tell me witch version to purchase, so I can register this one and ask for support
(i have contacted sales in the Netherlands, but this is like talking to a wall.)
Thanks in advance

Hi Anton,
I am trying to use snap deploy on several Optiplex 390's. The acronis media gets held (crashes) on the acronis splash screen (processing written below). It is also having issues picking up the network card of the machine.
I need some help in sorting this out as it is urgent please.
Thanks
Marco

Hello, I would very much appreciate having assistance with this same issue. I have a Dell Optiplex 380. The hard drive is intact and all cables are connected, however it is saying that it cannot detect a hard drive. The only thing my computer will do is to load to the system diagnostics. I have gone into the boot sequence and toggled them, to no avail. I am incredibly frustrated as to why this is happening and how to fix it. I would like to thank you in advance for any information you are able to give me.

This does not appear to be an issue with Snap Deploy, but more of a computer issue. If your computer will not detect the harddrive, how is Snap Deploy supposed to work? The OptiPlex 380 should work fine with Snap Deploy, it is the OptiPlex 390 (among other models) that has issues.
