"Failed to collect session in Try and Decide session" error and password questions
Hello,
I recently reinstalled AT Home 2011 Build 6868 and now I am getting this error of "Failed to collect session in Try and Decide session"...huh..?
I am not in a try and decide session I have been using this ATI version since I won this one in Softpedia. This is a new error from me. I also cannot see the log in the view logs. There aren't any details there.
I boot to the second drive (which is a dual-boot drive --XP SP3 and Win 7x32) and run ATI Home 2011>Browse for backup, and choose the image file that I want. The same error occurs.

Can you give me some ideas as to why this is occurring?
Also, I wanna ask if I what I am to attempt is correct. Have not done this before so please bear with me.
The arrangement for this pc is 3 drives.
Drive-1 is a Seagate IDE 160gb with Win7 x32 Ultimate marked "partition-J".
Drive-2 is a Western Digital 320gb drive SATA2 housing a dual-boot arrangement of Win7 x32 (partition-C) and XP SP3(partition-D) . Boot folder is in XP SP3.
Drive-3 is a WD 500gb drive solely for Personal files and Image backups. (partitions E/F and H).
Now I intend to use an image backup I made from Drive-1 (partition-J) and recover it in Drive-2 (partition-C). Partition-C is part of a dual-boot and it's boot folder is in the XP SP3 partition-D.
Is the best thing to do is use the Explore and Recover>select only the Partition backup and not the System Reserved? That is correct..yes? I'll be using the boot folder of the dual-boot so I'll select only the partition backup, yes?
about forum/account password,
Earlier I had a hard time logging-in and the site was telling me that my password is incorrect, so I went to https://www.acronis.com/my/index.html and click forgot password. I got a link in the email and clicked that. It showed a new password. Now I was not able to print that but I managed to save a copy when I copy/pasted it.
Question will that new passowrd be my password now?
If so, how can I have a printed version of that? I tried to click the link again but it was expired.
Can't I change it to a passowrd of my liking...? It's rather short...
