Acronis True Image 2012 crash to desktop

Thread needs solution

Everytime I want to start the Acronis Main window, Acronis ends with CTD.
The following information is presented by Windows 7:

Does someone have a similar problem, or knows what to do?

For info: It´s a fresh install of ATI2012, with Pluspack on Win7 x64.
On an other PC, the same problem occurs. But:
The background processes like the sync, oder the trueimage monitor and nonstop backup
are running without problems. I just can´t open the Main Window. (Sometimes it works)

Unfortunately the error you've kindly provided doesn't reveal the exact cause of the problem. Could you please gather and share the following diagnostic info from the machine in question? 

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Userdump
  3. Procmon

This can shed the light onto the situation and help us to find an appropriate solution for it.

Thanks for your answer. I´ll do that this weekend.
One solution I found, was to put the desktop shortcut to "Windows7" compatibility modus.
Don´t know why that works, but it works.

Thank you for posting your questions in our forum.

I see, that you are using different Acronis products in different builds. As you can see, the errors are showing different affected modules, like ti_managers.dll, ntdll.dll.

I researched in our internal resources and it seems, that the best way is to do a clean install with the latest build of your Acronis product.
