Cannot open backup on the web

Hello, I have earlier purchased Acronis True Image Home 11 including Acronis Online Backup. Now I subscribed for trial 250 GB online storage. If I open the online storage in my web browser (https://cloud-wr-eu1.acronis.com/index.htm), I am able to login, I see the name of the backup, also the size corresponds. However, if I click on the backup name ("HSEB"), nothing happens, in both IE and Chrome. So I am not able to access the files. Thanks for help. Browser screenshot in attachment.

I tried to add a new file to the backuped directory and run the backup again. Suprisingly, a new backup with the same name "HSEB" appeared on the web. When I click on it and enter my password, I get an empty list with the following error: "Error on line 966, column 17 in macros.ftl breadcrumbs[key] is undefined. It cannot be assigned to". See the attachment. Possibly an internal error of Acronis Cloud?
