I have carefully checked our internal resources and found no mention of a known issue of such type. Thus this situation requires investigation. Could you please provide us with the following information?

  1. Acronis Info from the machine where AMS is installed?
  2. If you have a cenralized vault on some server or PC, please send us Windows System Information from it.

This data should help us to localize the issue and find an appropriate solution to the problem. Please either send this information to me via PM or attach it to your reply in the thread.

I've received some news from Experts and Testers team, and I'd like to update you with it.

The information you've kindly sent helped to localize the issue, so currently our Testers and Development teams are busy with reproducing the issue and finding the exact cause. Most probably, some meta data corruption occurred, though yet it's still hard to say for sure.

I will keep tracking the case's state and update you as soon as I have any news regarding it.

I contantly check the issue state, but currently Testers are busy reproducing the issue and checking program code, so there's not much I can update you with.
