I also have installed Acronis Disk Director 12. Do I have to uninstall this too when using the Acronis Cleanup Tool?

Thomas, I would recommend uninstalling DD12 too as if I remember correctly this will be either removed or damaged by the Cleanup Tool though I have not tested this personally to confirm this.

There is no reason to have DD12 and True Image installed together either. In fact, having both can cause issues as the drivers vary between them. If you do have both, you should always install the older product first and then the newer one. Since both backup though, just stick to one. If you need advanced partitioning, I'd look at the very capable and free minitool partition wizard. I'm just bummed they released version 10 and no longer let you download the bootable media for free. You can only install version 10 and run from Windows, but it's still good. There are a few other very good free partition tools as well. I can't name directly as some are also direct competitors for backup products too. Google best free partition tools.
