I'm not really sure what you wrote (maybe English would be better as it is quite universal language ;) ) but I contacted directly some Acronis staff who wrote in this forum and I disputed my payment too. I got my refund from Cleverbridge. I'm quite happy now :)

Not sure why Marfa insists on writing in Russian on the open board, but Google thinks he said 'On 5th September sent a message to TA, no answer so far, not even a greeting'. His second post says 'thanks'!

So he may have got a reply via PM or he was being sarcastic and hasn't received a reply as yet.

Ok. It seems that my "solution" was useless. Thank you again. :)

Btw. I tried to translate that later message "спасибо" via Opera Easy Translation extension but it cannot translate that.

I wrote Russian because I need an answer from Russian team. I've created ticket [Case 01277486] installation fails [ ref:00D3Zcb.5005DToIo:ref ] on 5th September, but still don't have answer on it.
